Die orange Farbe wird durch das Antioxidans \u201eBeta-Carotin\u201c verursacht. Est ist gut f\u00fcr Ihre Haut und verleiht Ihnen ein gesundes Strahlen, sodass Sie sich von innen und au\u00dfen sch\u00f6n f\u00fchlen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitungszeit: 30 Minuten<br>Rezept f\u00fcr vier Personen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZUTATEN<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 3 Essl\u00f6ffel natives Oliven\u00f6l extra<br>\u2022 600 ml H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche<br>\u2022 2 Schalotten, gehackt<br>\u2022 1 Knoblauchzehe, fein gehackt<br>\u2022 200 g (Perl-)Graupen<br>\u2022 300 g (Butternuss-)K\u00fcrbis, gew\u00fcrfelt<br>\u2022 Schale von 1\/2 Zitrone<br>\u2022 Bund Petersilie, fein gehackt<br>\u2022 1 Teel\u00f6ffel&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mydocvita.com\/home\/product\/DFV1010?partnerID=office\">Daily Bio BASIC<\/a><br>\u2022 3 Zweige Basilikum, geschnitten<br>\u2022 100 g Parmesank\u00e4se, gerieben<br>\u2022 gehobelter Parmesank\u00e4se<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZUBEREITUNG<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Das \u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen.<br>\u2022 Die Br\u00fche in einem anderen Topf zum Kochen bringen.<br>\u2022 Die Schalotten und den Knoblauch in dem \u00d6l sanft anbraten, bis sie glasig sind.<br>\u2022 Die Graupen zu den Schalotten und dem Knoblauch geben.<br>\u2022 Einen guten Schuss Br\u00fche hinzugie\u00dfen und r\u00fchren, bis die Fl\u00fcssigkeit absorbiert ist. Dann etwas mehr dazugeben und weitermachen, bis die gesamte Feuchtigkeit aufgesogen ist.
